Student Visa

Canada is an amazing country for students and people all over the world come to achieve their university degree here. If your study program is longer than 6 months, you will need a student visa. Your application states that you need to leave the country upon completion of your studies, but please note that you could qualify to become a permanent resident later on. • You have been admitted on a training program offered by an approved educational institution.
• You have the required amount of money needed to cover student fees and living expenses. 
• Please note that you can work during your studies given that you meet certain conditions, such as: 
• Your job is campus-based;
• The work is part of your program of study;
• You work as a teacher’s assistant or research assistant, or as a postdoctoral fellowship;
• You have been offered a job after graduation in a field related to your program of study.
